Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Skedzu’s website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and not be barred from using the Service under applicable law. If you use Skedzu on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@skedzu.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Service
Skedzu provides scheduling tools, calendar views, templates, optional Google Calendar sync, AI-assisted planning, and related features on the web and mobile apps. Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when practical.
AI suggestions are provided for convenience. You are responsible for reviewing any proposed schedule changes before applying them.
Plans, credits, and billing
Some features require a paid plan or credits. Prices, plan limits, and billing intervals are shown at checkout or in the Store. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Taxes may apply based on your location.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can manage or cancel billing through the account Store or the payment provider portal linked from your receipt.
Refunds are handled according to the plan terms shown at purchase and applicable law. Unused credits may expire as described in the product.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:
- Break the law or infringe others’ rights.
- Attempt to access another user’s account or our systems without permission.
- Upload malware, scrape the Service excessively, or interfere with normal operation.
- Use the Service to send spam or deceptive content.
- Reverse engineer the Service except where prohibited restrictions are not enforceable by law.
Your content
You retain ownership of schedules, notes, and other content you create (“Your Content”). You grant Skedzu a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You represent that you have the rights needed for Your Content and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
Third-party services
Google Calendar and other integrations are subject to the third party’s terms. Skedzu is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account in settings or at skedzu.ai/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk for other users, or where required by law. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKEDZU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKEDZU AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID SKEDZU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATIONS ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Skedzu against claims arising from Your Content or your misuse of the Service, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email when appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
